Randy has over 25 years experience in the petroleum industry.  He joined Quality State Oil in 1996 and currently directs the operation of QSO's petroleum distribution.

Jim Gauger – Wholesales Marketing Representative

Jim has over 30 years experience in fuels wholesaling.  Following in his father's footsteps, Jim owned and operated his own tankwagon business.  He later sold his truck to Quality State Oil and joined the QSO team. 

Jim started his career with QSO driving truck and then moved to the corporate office.  He gained his extensive knowledge of the petroleum business through his work in the several positions he has held with QSO.  He has experience in transport dispatch, lubes, dealer sales and service, pricing and fuels futures marketing.
